“When I started working with Solveig I was struggling with “imposter syndrome” and lots of self doubt. I knew I needed to make changes in my life. But, even with that strong desire for change, I struggled with where to start and the idea of spending time and money on myself was another spiral of negative thinking. With the pending decisions I needed to make about my career, challenges in my personal/home life and wanting to finally commit to taking care of me, I decided to at least start researching coaching and the idea of what it could mean for my life really resonated.

The best part, I have learned to love and celebrate me…and that has helped me to be a better parent, partner and leader.
